Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Manager to manage design, shoots, and content creation for our two brands. This is a hands-on role for a highly creative individual who can conceptualize, execute, and manage visual and digital content while working within a structured corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for brand campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
- Manage to design, do photography, and video shoots for both brands.
- Create content for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Plan content calendars and manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
- Handle on-ground execution of shoots.
- Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative ideas for brand growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, content, and campaign work.
- Proficiency in design tools
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, and social media trends.
- Ability to work in a corporate environment with structured workflows and deadlines.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
